GET A FLATTER TUMMY IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS
Hi hi everyone, so one of my new year resolutions for this year is to stay healthy and fit. Although, I’ve been a bit inconsistent in eating healthy and working out (because I am beyond lazy lool), here are a list of things I did that gave me quick results in less than two weeks;
-Drink LOTS of water: Drinking lots of water helps to fill me up, that way I eat smaller portions of food and don’t end up feeling bloated or heavy. And not only does this help with losing belly fat, say hello to beautiful clear skin too!
Extra tip: Add a few slices of lemon into your water for detox.
-Eat avocados: Avocados are delicious and very healthy! They help to burn belly fat. I eat at least one avocado with every meal which I guess is what gave me quicker results.
Eat more protein: I eat less carbs and more protein now. Personally, I’m a huge fan of beans and chicken lol (this is because I don’t eat eggs, fish and most of the other protein foods). Fruits and vegetables are also a big YES!
-Workout Every day: Now when I say this, I don’t mean extreme workouts please lol (too lazy for that). I workout at least 30mins every day and that works for me. Here’s a list of exercises I do that have helped me get a better body in such a short period of time;
200 jumping jacks
50 mountain climbers
100 regular crunches
100 bicycle crunches
100 sit-ups (morning and night)
So yeah, this is all I do for now guys. Until I decide to stop being lazy and hit the gym lol, all these excercises can be done in your home, sounds great right?!
I’ve also added squats to my everyday routine now because the cardio I do seems to be making my butt smaller (what a betrayed).
So for now I do, 50squats a day.
I hope this helps my fellow lazy girls who want better bodies but can’t be bothered to work extra for it *sigh*
